At Les Néréides, we want you to be delighted with your unique jewelry; if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original Les Néréides box and protective pouch, ensuring all tags remain attached and the item is securely padded.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Process and Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
